Automated Push Notifications for Open Shifts

Streamline Your Scheduling

PARiM workforce software’s Premium and Enterprise customers can now send out automatic in-app notifications to their staff about open shifts. Staff will receive push notifications as soon as new open shifts are created. This enables managers to reduce manual administrative tasks and achieve faster shift allocations.

Tailor Communication According to Your Needs

New in-app notifications add another layer to the previous SMS and email messages. While in-app notifications will work automatically, SMS and email can still be used to promote open shifts manually. This way, managers can custom-tailor their communication according to industry-specific needs. Additionally, managers themselves can choose if they wish to receive in-app notifications about confirmed shifts.

Reduce The Number of Unallocated Shifts

Push notifications will enable instant information sharing with staff. This will make open shift allocation even faster, with less time spent on shifts’ open statuses, reducing the number of unallocated shifts, as managers will not need to worry about lost or unread emails.

Empower Your Workforce

In-app notifications will also make it easier for your staff to manage their individual work schedules. Gone are the days of spreadsheets, multiple back-and-forth calls or other time-consuming means of communication. Your staff can now be sure never to miss an opening without the need to actively search their email inbox so they can have even more ownership of their schedule.

Ask your staff to update their PARiM app to the latest version in App Store for iOS/iPhones or in Google Play store for Android and switch on in-app notifications to get the benefits of this new feature.

Push notifications are available for all PARiM’s Premium and Enterprise plans.
